UserCP > Edit Options > and tick "Show friendly redirect pages." checkbox.

If you've enabled the Global option from AdminCP then all users will have the option enabled by default (unless they untick that option from their UserCP).

I think that will not effect current users, he needs sql query to effect current users to have this option enabled. And option in AdminCP will effect for future users to have it enabled. I guess it's like this :/
