Hi,

After I upgraded I had 2 questions:

Can I completely remove the install folder?

I had a customized admin directory, which one is the correct one? The default /admin or my old one? (And which one my get deleted?)

You should remove the old admin folder, and then rename the new folder to the old name and ensure the admindir setting in the config.php is correct.
