ok so i need a couple of things done to my site so i can open it to my members...here they are:

profile tabs: not just any profile tabs....i need them like this...:





i want it to have the following plugins also in my profile:

youtube video
comments
last visitors

also, i need drop down menus on my site placed above my logo so that all my pages can be put there...

i used to have that but it wouldn't let me add the plugins that the above picture has...like:

friends on the right panel

i know you can do this but how?? i've been going at it for a while now and can't get it...that's why i've decided to just hire someone if possible...
