will somebody tell me how i can move profile items/plugins around ever time i install a plugin they all go to the right side of profiles , how can i move some of them to the left side?

i just want to move things around in the profile to many items on the right side of profiles would like to even both sides out
im just trying to ask how i can move plugin profile boxs around from left to right or right to left move stuff around in profiles
so is this something thats easy to do ? or point me in the right direction to where to start
