Okay so i want to install this plugin to my forum.

But there is loads of files, which ones do i upload? please help!

Everything inside the "Update" folder.

okay so i just added the update folder to it and it didn't do anything, do i need to add each file individually?

I didn't say the "Update" folder itself, I said the files inside it. That's all you need to upload.

Also, where exactly are you uploading these files?
