Hi everyone.
I want usernames on my site, http://codmedia.net to show up as
http://codmedia.net/Username
Not http://codmedia.net/User-Madness

I'm using MyBB Google SEO 1.6.3, if that matters.
Any ideas?

But anyways to accomplish this it's best you contact the Google SEO developer or post in the release thread.

I think that you have to edit your .htaccess

You'd need to modify the Google SEO rewrite rules both in your settings and in the .htaccess. As labrocca said though, it's recommended you don't do this.
