After upgrading to 1.2 this morning on a testing server I have to say that I expected a bit more on the installer. I really expected the installer to do more with extra themes than just delete them to prevent the hassle of having to update them. Luckily this was only a testing server I use before I ever go live with them.

If you want suggestions on how I think the upgrade could have been smoother I could try to post examples of what could have be done.

Well time to get back to work on some of my more customized themes.

Also, if I can add to your suggestions? They need to let everyone know to make sure to save their avatars directory so they can upload that after the upgrade...otherwise, they're all gone!!! I know that if everyone is smart, they backed up their entire forum before deleting everything, but you never know!!
