how can i make it so that a stickied thread will stay above the rest of the threads when shown in the portal page on my home page? I want it so that the thread that is on top will always be on top. can you do that? and if so can you help me please? thank you very much....
On the portal it would work better just to edit the portal template with what you want at the top.
so how would i make the sticky thread on top? go to the portal_announcement in the admin and what would i put on top?
what would be the edits i need to make to have a certain portal announcement always at the top?
Is this an actual thread you want to have there or just a fixed text? If the latter then just hard code it into the portal template using tables etc.
