You don't really have to be a MyBB expert or an expert at all to figure this out...
Go into your theme's global.css and change all of the instances of font-family: to whatever font you want.

By "font" if you mean font-family then above is your solution, and if not then specify which/what thing you would like to change in font and where exactly ??
