I want to put my board offline - but when I do, the 'Board Closed' message doesn't display.

What might I be doing wrong?

Thanks for your help.

John.

It will not show if you are admin ... if you post the url I'll test it as a guest

I look forward to hearing how you get on.

Thanks.

John.
It's closed.
There should be a smaller notice for you, usually red.

Thank you Solidus - but how do I get the message to display ? As a Guest, I can see that the board is closed, but the reason doesn't show. Do you know which .css controls the printing of this message ?
It's there, for some reason in the same colour as the background.

It should be in global.css

Thank you Dark Entities, but do you know what the field is labelled - I can't identify it.

I need help !

Thank you vernier - clear as day - if only I could get it into the right colours. Any ideas ?

Thanks for your help.
I believe it is .redalert

Thanks Solidus, but this seems to be the mesage for the Admin - not the Guest.

Any other ideas ?
