What does it mean by manage the group (like what options will they be given)? What type of access will they have? Where will they access the join request and management group options be?

When I set the new group as my display, it erases my main rank. I am using this plugin:

How do I adjust the plugin to move it to the additional usergroup?

Group leaders will manage group at User CP -> Group Memberships (under Miscellanious).
