all mistake have i see:

• have register and confirm email address but can't login
  
• cannot connect
  
• and more

Try to save some money and get a paid host. Free hosts will have so much downtime.

I'll never understand this... How do you not have money? Do you live in a cardboard box? Surely if you're that desperate, a website shouldn't be your first priority. Obtain a job at Starbucks or something.

You obviously aren't really looking. Because, there a number of great hosts in that first post including some free ones...
