I don't like the background, looks like I am in a bathroom or in a pool, humorously speaking. Change to something more related to anime and manga, there are plenty of good anime backgrounds out there.

While your forum is still small, you might want to consider combining all anime and manga forums into single large forums. They will look fuller than if you split the topics between 4 forums. Then, when they start to fill up, you can divide them up as needed.

You should edit your nav bar so people can go back and forth between blog and forum.

Am I the only one who gets redirected to a random advertising website whenever I visit the home page? I think you might want to look at that.

Also, I don't like the theme, I think you could do much better than that. The blue doesn't really look to manga-like to me; the banner is, IMO, too small. It's just not a good-looking forum all-around, I think. One last thing, add some content to the site. No one will join the way it is at present. It's too empty.
