Could anyone create a plugin that does the following:
a) shows awards
b) gives users the opportunity to request certain awards
c) allow users to select awards to show on there postbit (a maximum of X amount)
d) allow admins to give and take awards from members

I'd love to see awards plugins to have that integrated. For example if you have 20 awards and you only can display 5 on the postbit, select the ones you want from your userCP panel.
Point Centre is available in the MyAchievements plugin by Pirata Nervous already.
There are plenty of awards systems (MyAchievements seems to be the right one for you), are you willing to pay for another one? (Not that I will (only) code it if you are.)
But,
when member have 50 posts,he get award,100 post bether award.......
when member referred 15 users,he get award,for more users bether award.
when member is 1 year on forum,he get award........
somthin like this ???
