I assume this is mockup or coded?

Mockup. If I receive positive feedback I'll code it.

Its nice. Just dislike the blue borders. They don't go well with dark red here.

Overall, its decent. I think footer is fine too.

I'm not a fan of those blue lines on the top of the container and at the bottom of the nav.

Other then that, it looks great.

Also, add <br /> after the end of forum bit, i.e. above footer and the forums and footer are very close.

This one looks alright, although it looks very similar to an existing zetaboards skin.
