Even after deleting index.htm, the forum owner needs to double check permissions and change ftp passwords so it doesn't happen again.

sorry but i not use ftp i use file manager

The concept still applies. Change passwords so a rogue PHP file cannot be uploaded again.
are ugnazi just hacking any mybb sites now ?
