How i can remove this error below for good (even if the forum must be upgraded)? and how he detect if it needed to be upgraded? where is the file who is responsible for generating errors?

I'm guessing you have to upgrade it.
If you don't know how just go to the dashboard on the ACP.

You can't upgrade from the ACP dashboard, you can't get into the ACP if you need to upgrade. Go to
http://www.yourforum.com/install/upgrade.php as I said.
I KNOW HOW TO UPGRADE I'M NOT STUPID...
i have i plugin that causes this error once a while, even if i have the latest version, the question is how i can remove this error for good,i want to avoid the embarrassement caused by this error in the futur...
