There are times being to lift ban from a user. When i enter that area there is no way to search by user name and click lift ban ? Or i am not able to find it.

admin cp > users and groups > users > find users tab > username contains field > Click Find Users at bottom of screen.

Hes talking about banned accounts, you cannot search specifically within the banned members tab, which I agree can be annoying sometimes.
