How can I insert fullsize picture into the post??

[ attachment=3 ] shows only thumbnail and

[img] http://mywebsite/forum/attachment.php?aid=3 [/img] is viewable only logged in users.

I cannot find : ( please help me.

ACP >> Configuration >> Settings >> Posting >> Show Attached Thumbnails in Posts >> Full Size Image

Thanks. It works. But I want that attached pic show only thumbnail.

and If I insert a picture in my post it show in full size. Is there any plugin or setting???
