Hello all.

Any help is appreciated.

I am getting major spam on my forum. Please take a look.

I have the following plugins activated:
Fassim Anti Spam (1.21)
Goodbye Spammer (1.0)
Registration Security Question (1.2)

But the above the combined does not seem to avoid spammers.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to go about launching a forum that doesn't allow spammers to spam my forum?

Needing some help. Thank you!

Do you use reCAPTCHA?
It is possible that you are setting up a minimum post length for your forum to stop spammers. If this won't work you can forbid to add any links or pictures into new threads and replies.
This plugin should reduce most of the spam: http://community.mybb.com/thread-108675.html
Hey, you guys, you don't need the confusing recaptcha to stop spam...

Security questions with math problems, requiring one approved post, and SFS stop all spammers for me.
spamalyser.

I'm attempting to find how to upload the spamalyzer files into my FTP. For example, which files and/or directories in spamalyzer should I upload to and where (which folders in FTP)?

Thanks!
Upload the included admin and inc folders to your forum's root directory

Hello.

But I already have an existing Admin and Inc directory there. If I upload these, then the Admin and Inc will be overwritten.

Are you certain about this?

Thanks!
