As the title says... I'm trying to add member registration date under user stars in posts

I tried adding {$memregdate}
Sorry, I don't know much about PHP...
But that didn't work at all, can anyone please help? Thank you!

Isn't this part of the default template?

Open template postbit_author_user and make sure {$post['userregdate']} is in there.
