First off, yes, I have searched and read the other threads here and not a clear solution was given in any of them and the OP seemed to just stop responding.
Second, I found this http://dev.mybb.com/issues/1647 and it still seems to be an issue for me.
Some, not all, of my members seem to have a problem with this. They have checked all mail folders, spam folders, etc. White listed the domain, and basically done every other thing I could think of.
I've tried PHP and SMTP, still having problems.
I need to state I am converting from IPB 3 (I used a beta converter that worked). Also when viewing my users table in phpmyadmin some users don't have a password, salt, and their loginkey is 0. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
I mean I figured the password conversion wouldn't work but I atleast figured I could email my users to tell them to reset their passwords. Now even that is a hit or miss.
Any help?
