Hello MYBBians,

I have created a new forum with lots of sub-forums. I want users to post new topics in these sub-forums only and not in root forums. How to do this? Is there any way out?

AdminCP > Forums and Posts > Edit that forum (not subforums, only the forum where sub forums are located) > and under "Access Options" > untick "Forum is Open?" checkbox.

Users will not be able to post in that forum, they however will be able to post in subforums of that forum.
