Hiya,

Yesterday, I installed MyBB for www.wheatenforum.nl (Dutch). When everything was set up, I decided to test all of it and registered a testaccount. All went well, until I wanted to verify the account: I got a completely empty email (it had a subject, though).

To check if this affected other mailing functions as well, I tried the recover password option for the admin account: nothing in the email either. I tried some of the stuff I found online to resolve this issue, but without success. Replacing the language files did not help, even though the mail function itself seems to be working (tried the instructions from the FAQ page; create a basic PHP file and run it. Worked.).

So... Any more stuff I could try? I can't open up the forums if no one can register. ^^

Tried switching to the SMTP fucnction, still empty. Also, I did a filecheck, but didn't discover anything. Am I missing something very obvious?

Edit 2: Support from the MyBB NL sent me an update of the translation file. Now it's all working like it's supposed to.

Any solution for German boards? Cannot find a solution...
