In the header there is a welcome block, in this block you can go to admin-cp, mod-cp and user cp.
In this block there is also a link view unread post. In what template is this line made so I can change the color (without changing the themes).

All other lines I did by myselfes but this line I cannot find.

It's in the header_welcomeblock_member template.

There is the link but there I cannot make this changing.

Perhaps I can make it more clear.
In the header_welcomeblock_member template is also the {$admincplink}, I change this color for the link in header_welcomeblock_member_admin template.

So think there must be a template for something is view_unread_post_welcome_template but where>??

There is no such thing. The link is defined in the language files.

Solved it was in the global templates because it was a plugin
