I found a vB forum that had the theme colors after my own heart (and the colors that would go with the "theme" of my forum, a nature forum). Do we have anything that is even remotely close out there that is a free theme?

Thanks Leefish for the suggestion. I'm a little nervous though about using a theme that's not for 1.6.. Im using the latest build. I would hate for something to "break" on the forum.

Well, you can add it as a new theme (tick ignore version) - then set it to use your site templates (so not hurting anything) and then look to see what is "missing". If I am right, there is not a very big difference between the 1.4 and 1.6 css.
Maybe I'll give it try, thanks again. In the mean time, if anyone else has any themes in mind, let me know.
