i copy english.php and change name to vietnamese.php
$langinfo['htmllang'] = "en";
$langinfo['charset'] = "UTF-8";
what should i change them to ,to create vietnamese package
when translate files in english dictory,i use typing is Unicode,when edit,add forum descriptions in admin,i must chang typing to UTF-8 to view correctly..is it right?

As for the HTML language type it is based on the ISO standard for two character representations of languages - you'd have to look it up as I'm unsure of what it would be to Vietnamese.
