I know this seems kinda stupid but /help isn't in the public_html of my forum. I re-downloaded the MyBB files and it isn't in /upload either. I don't know where it's located. Can someone tell me which part of /upload is it in?
/help.php doesen't exist in MyBB.

I know but I can't find the file called "help.php" to put in my cpanel.
How you can find it when doesen't exist? You can only make yourself one, and upload it to cpanel.
there is no help.php file to have to upload. the contents of the help section are output from misc.php and helpdocs.lang.php
