I would like to know how I can upgrade to the new version and I would like to know what will be gone.

And are the languages seperated beter?

Just download the release from the MyBB website, and read the upgrade procedure.

There's a whole folder called "Documentation" in the zip file. Maybe you could take a look at that.

inside the folder documentation you have one stylesheet.

that's the only thing I have.

Have you attempted downloading the release again? It should also contain several other HTML files and an images folder.
