Moved. "MyBB.com Community & Site Issues" is for community and site issues regarding MyBB.com, hence the title.
To be sure you would want to contact a lawyer different states and different countries have different rules.
For the most part you can find generic TOS and Disclaimers on the web but make sure you read them and understand them your self before you just copy and paste.
If you are serious about legalities take it to a Lawyer or one of those online law sites.
