Hi,
Would someone please help me how can I change my login (UserCP, Welcome box and etc) bar to something like VB (Like this site) or an sliding panel something like "This sliding panel demo"

I searched a lot but I didn't find anything.

I'd like to remove default welcome bar and change it to some thing that doesn't take space.
