I'm facing error in posting in other language. While I have install that language files too. The error image attached. When I hit "Post Thread" button the following error shown:

Well I can only guess but since nobody else seems to have an idea I'll give it a try:
go in to your admin control panel, go to tools and convert all your tables to UTF-8. Maybe that will help you because the language you are using definitely doesn't look latin to me
