I'm running the newest version of myBB

I installed this mod here

When I enable search engine friendly URL's all the links change to what the threads or containers are called but when I click any of them I get a 404 error with page not found.

Even when I uninstall that mod it's not working. I don't know what's going on but if anyone has any kind of help for me here that would be great.

I did, unfortunately it doesn't work when I do all of that.

Check the plugin page. Google SEO usually tells you what to do to get things working. If it isn't showing any errors and you're still getting 404 errors, it could be that your host doesn't support URL Rewrites.
