Hallo everyone

My name is Cleo and am the proud ownwer of http://www.cleos-meaning.info
I have used a lot of scripts in the past such as BB, IPB, SimpelMachine and others, what I like about this board is its siplicity. I do have 1 problem, I installed 2158-1281040974-A clear news bar 1.6.x on my board, I've activated it and it shows on my homepage, but,,, how do I ad content to this baar????
Can anyone help me please ??

Then you've to edit AdminCP > Configurations > Portal Settings > and enter a comma separated list of forum ids in "Forum ID to pull announcements from" options field.

To get links here, make posts in the forum with fid=2. This plugin adds links to the latest threads in selected Forums in the banner. To edit where it gets said Topics, go to ACP> Configuration>Settings>Portal Settings, and Edit the field at "Forum ID to pull announcements from" by changing the "2" to any forum id (fid) you would like to get the topic links from.

Thanks for the quick reply, it works, not the way I expected it to, I was looking for an anouncementbar that I can edit independantly from the forum
