how do i set up you tube in admin cp

yeah but don't ya have to set it in admin cp first
i am using the theme Apart Flame i tried this [youtube]--[youtube/] but won't work
It should be like;
[video=youtube]YOUTUBE VIDEO URL GOES HERE[/video]
