why wont he patches plugin add the menu option in config > plugins
it just installs and activates but doesnt do anything after. thanks.

sorry me being thick clearly the bluevision ACP theme doesnt work with the patches tab changed to default ACP theme and now it works.
for some reason it only works with the default ACP theme. it wont show with the built-in Sharepoint theme at all either

its cuz it doesnt add a module like other plugins i presume the plugin probably uses its plugin features (editing core files) to edit the core files to add the tabs but i dunno lol. i will just switch theme when i need it
looks like the newest version of patches works on the Sharepoint theme
