you can see that the logo is below where it should be...i would like it to sit right in the middle of the lightning....can someone please help me do this?

Open you header template and find;

<div style="float;left;">

and Change it into;

<div style="float;left; margin-top: -15px;">

You can play with -15 and adjust it so that it align how you want it to.
