Im adding a footers script for plain javascript but i can seem to find the main index for the site's css how can i find it?
The CSS is generated from your theme settings in your Admin-CP -> Themes -> Edit/Delete -> *your theme* -> Edit. You can add your own CSS in the box "Additional CSS".
But i dont want to add CSS I want to Add PHP to it.
Then you need to edit the php files themselves or create a plugin. You can't use php in templates.

You started this thread saying you wanted to install a plain javascript footer script. How about you tell us more about this. Do you have the code you can post? What do you want it to do?
i kinda got it but the damn plugins i wish where more specific.
