Too dark. Lighten the black up. Otherwise it looks very promising.

updated the preview image. lightened it up a bit

IMHO, it's still too dark. Still, I'll keep an eye on this - it could work for a space themed site that I have planned for the future.

added a little more brightness, filled some content in forums

Too dark taste for me, hurts eyes, a bit.

I don't think lighten it any more because it's gotta be dark (for the neon to look good.)
I will try to change the color of text to make it more easy on eyes.

Your top panel needs to have more spacing between the links imo. Also, your breadcrumb home button is much too large, something smaller would probably look better there.

Other than that, looking pretty good.

Looks good but not that great a bit too dark.
