What plugins from the previous versions work with MyBB 1.2?

I'd say none. Some might though, but most likely all the plugins will have to be rewritten.
Some of the none-template changing plugins might work though. But there has been alot of changes in 1.2.

I just updated all of mine, and submitted 3 new ones
