MOVE THREADS
OPEN/CLOSE THREADS
ETC.
Did you assign the moderators to a forum? Or did you just change their usergroup?

i did nothing i only changed the color of their usergroup
and no i didn't asign mods to a forum
but an additional usergroup admins CAN delete and close and move..
