It'll be the permissions of the file on the server. What is ./editpost.php CHMOD to? Is it when using quick edit or full edit?

its when using both quick edit or full edit but it lets me edit post another thread in the same forum
what folder is /editpost.php in ?

It's in the root folder.

found it the permissions are 644
