HI guys! I'm using linux mint therfore I have to use Gimp to make my graphics, but it's acting kinda strange, the fuzzy select tool wont tell the difference of the different tones of blue Maybe photoshop would? I'd really appriciate if somone helps me out I feel trapped on this one don't have any computer with windows or photoshop Thanks

Basically (i'm not sure if it blends good, but I need the top color as a must, maybe you could also make the other two tones blend?)

duplicate this layer, apply hue&saturation. Then erase the parts of the new layer that are colorful. easy as that
