Could some1 help me....I get some info that i need to delete install directory and to disallow attacment...Is that true?

You delete install directory from FTP. Attachments are not the problem.

Some1 tell me that shell could be binded with .gif and attached to forum...

If you're running the latest MyBB there are no known exploits on the attachments.

Are you sure you're ready to be an admin of your own forum? You see like you're just starting out.
