I have exactly the same problem - does anyone know how this was fixed?

I'm assuming it's a CSS thing, but I haven't altered the CSS at all since it was working. I have made a couple of custom MyCode plugins, but I can't see how this could have affected it.

EDIT: Nevermind - I figured it out
It was my plugin after all...

In plugin admin, I noticed the following error at the top of the page:

Line 229 was the last line of my adventures.php plugin script. I couldn't see anything wrong at first, but then realised I'd somehow added 20-30 spaces after the ?> tag. I removed the erroneous whitespace, and the bug was fixed...
