Go into your header template, you will see this three times,

Remove two of them.

Admin CP > Templates & Styles > Templates > *your theme* > Header Templates > Header

i do not have any "Templates" and" header template " in ACP
please it is ACP simple and full or no see pic

The link to Templates that Solidus is talking about is located on a menu on the left hand side of your screen. In the image you have shown, on the immediate left of the menu that has global.css, usercp.css (etc), you will find the link.
