The update looks very nice. A bit cleaner and almost vBB style.
We, too, will be releasing a new default forum skin tomorrow, designed completely by our members, after we migrate our board due to a need for more resources.
Its a very nice theme indeed.
But the text on your postbit buttons doesn't seems to be on the right position. (Some UP and DOWN)

Nice logo and nice color blending.
Very easy on the eyes as well.
If it wasn't a fixed width I'd say consider adding a side menu to your forums, like on the main site, just so they look more identical.
Also, "Latest Theards" on the homepage is spelled wrong.
