I need a kind of notification system like facebook, which tells difference things.

Currently I need it with 2 features:

- On Thread Reply Notifications (Threads which the user owns)
- On Post Reply Notifications (For Threads which the user posted in)

Then I would also like to be easy able to make a notification, from php, so I would like to have a guide on how to make notifications.

So that I in future can make notifications for other things.

As crazy4cs said, I am already developing such a plugin. It already has thread reply notifications (along with a few others) and I plan to add post reply notifications once I work out the best way of doing so.
