1.How to restore.can i click import tab and upload the backup?

2.when have restore are version, template and plugin settings will change?

3.what will change when have restore?

4.what will change in admin cp?

5.any information?
1. Yes

2. "version" used to simply read off of a file, but now there is also an entry in the datacache table. This could possibly cause a message related to upgrading, so the file(s) match the database.

3.what will change when have restore?

Every difference in the other database will cause some type of change. Toungue
'Settings' will stay the same until you regenerate your /inc/settings.php file.

ipaddress VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '',
dateline BIGINT( 30 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
module VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '',
action VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '',
data TEXT NOT NULL ,
KEY module ( module , action )
) ENGINE = MYISAM DEFAULT CHARSET = utf8;

#1050 - Table 'mybb_adminlog' already exists
Your restoring with a 2 month old backup lol
The error says what's wrong, a table with that name already exists so it can't import another table with the same name. You have to import it to an empty database or drop the tables that are currently there, making sure you don't want them first.
Create an empty new database first, then inside it import your database.

templates: You will see the changes right away.
CSS, and plugin settings*: You will see the changes after regenerating the related files.

*plugins activated: You will see the changes right away, since that is stored in the database (datacache table)

restore backup database = empty your current db (or start with a new one) and import the other one.
