I'm currently running a small community called Diabolic Gaming and I'm looking for someone to take it over. I'm not looking for a payment of any kind, I just don't have the time to be running a website anymore.

By doing this I will give you the domain, forum theme, database, and files. Only catch is you have to find your own hosting.
